HILL presenting at a conference on education and sustainable development at the United Nations office

On January 6, 2020, HILL was honored to have presented at a conference on Education and Sustainable Development held by Future Generations University - USA at the United Nations Office in Hanoi.

Besides HILL’s presentation, there were a few prestigious national and international speakers present in the seminar such as: Prof. Dr. Vo Tong Xuan – President of Southern Can Tho University, Mr. Edmund J. Cain– Former Chief Representative of the United Nations in Turkey and Egypt, former Vice President of Conrad N. Hilton Foundation; Dr. Daniel Taylor – President of Future Generations University.

At this event, HILL's leaders shared some views and visions on quality education in the context of an ever-changing society when challenges facing humanity such as climate change, pollution, and climate change, rapid urbanization, andmigration are becoming increasingly complex and uncertain. In addition, HILL spoke on its efforts in developing and implementing experiential education programs to facilitate critical thinking and problem-solving skills for students in which the goals of Sustainable development are consistently integrated. HILL's presentation received a lot of attention and questions from the conference.

At the end of the conference, the delegates discussed in detail some directions and solutions for Vietnam in building a quality education system while ensuring the content of sustainable development are fully and effectively integrated.
